New stuff from Free Spirits appreciated @ Glemseck101: Triumph Scrambler SM
We showed to cafe racer lovers, the latest version of Triumph Scrambler converted in an agile SuperMotard: here is explained the completed name of the bike, Triumph Scrambler SM
It is a direct evolution of Scrambler “Bisbetica”, one of the two bikes made for “triworx.com” to be at “Raise the dust & Soulshine” and unveiled at Tridays 2013 last June.
In common with “Bisbetica” the SM keeps some special parts previously developed, such as the front light, the engine protection, the skid plate kit, the heat protection on Arrow exhaust and the special off road foot rest.
Triumph Scrambler SM has a totally different suspension work, to adapt the bike for a road use, indeed, at the front there is a new handlebar with new risers for a better control, while the extended fork now is 15 mm lower than the Bisbetica, to be more reactive, while the wheelbase is longer, using the America swing arm at the back.
The traditional Scrambler twin engine can count also on a new water proof high flow air cleaner kit made by “sprintfilter.net”.
Scrambler SM adopts 17 inches Kineo wheels with 120 (front) and 180 (rear) road tyre.
To keep wheel perfectly aligned Free Spirits Triumph Scrambler SM has also a new offset belt drive conversion transmission, upgraded with a dynamic belt tensioner which avoid power loss.
New brakes rotor by “newfren.it” has been adapted to the new wheels and foreseen 340mm 4-piston Brembo caliper at the front and 300mm 4-piston caliper at the rear.
With the Triumph Scrambler SM, we brought to Glemseck101 also other bikes like, Triumph Americana, which was the official 2013 Lignano Biker Festival bike last May after being unveiled in January during 2013 Verona Motor Bike Expo, Triumph Bonneville T12 and Bonneville T12.2 Evo and Harley-Davidson Sportster 883.

The Sprint International saw also the participation of another pro rider: indeed, TT hero Guy Martin, who is also Conor Cummins team mate in TAS Tyco Suzuki Team, rode a Rau Suzuki (courtesy of Limbächer & Limbächer).
The 32 competitors demonstrated to take part at the show to enjoy the people, even if somebody did not avoid stumbling in astute trick to get small advantages. But it is all part of the show.
